Definitions

Client: Any professional or capable individual according to articles 1123 and following of the Civil Code, or a legal entity, who visits the Site subject to these general conditions.

Services: The website http://www.itsi.info provides the Clients with:

7.1 Data Collection Responsible Parties

For Personal Data collected in connection with the creation of the User’s personal account and their browsing on the Site, the data controller is: ITSI Consulting. http://www.itsi.info is represented by Nicolas GILOTEAU, its legal representative.

As the data controller of the data it collects, http://www.itsi.info undertakes to respect the framework of legal provisions in force. It is up to the Client in particular to establish the purposes of its data processing, to provide its prospects and clients, from the collection of their consents, with full information on the processing of their personal data, and to maintain a register of processing activities consistent with reality. Whenever http://www.itsi.info processes Personal Data, http://www.itsi.info takes all reasonable measures to ensure the accuracy and relevance of Personal Data with regard to the purposes for which http://www.itsi.info processes them.

8. Incident Notification
